Executive Summary

 

 

I want to start by thanking you for taking the time to consider this proposal. if you are a person of  foresight and vision you should be able to understand this opportunity and how it requires your immediate attention. This opportunity is not just about money and profitability; it's also about securing your family legacy for generations to come. It's about breaking free from the shackles of dependency and exercising our God given right to dominion over this earth.

What i'm talking about is food security; in my eyes this is one of the most important topics we should be discussing today. Most people don't really think about food security because they have been taught to believe that corporations and the Government will be there to rescue them. So they go about their lives content not really understand what’s at stake when thinking about what we need to live and survive. Putting all of their trust in digital currency, 401's, stocks and bond's, precious metals, houses, cars and jewelry. Do you know in a heartbeat we would sell it all just to feed our families? So if food is so important why don't we own food, why do we depend on others to provide this vital need? 

I find this thought a little unnerving, I'm not trying to paint a gloomy picture, but i do understand the times we're living in, lockdowns, pandemic, our cities are in chaos and burning, and to be honest if President Trump is reelected it's only going to get worst. 

So ask yourself how secure do you feel? Yes i feel secure because God is for me, but i don't feel very secure about the future and where I’m positioned. And everyday i'm constantly thinking of the appropriate steps I should be taking to secure my Family.

 

 

 

So after braining storming and talking about our options we came up with the concept, we agreed to partner, We purchased 10 Acres of land in Florida and Family Farms was formed. 

Now Family Farms is a group of family members / Investors taking responsibility for our legacy and food security by building a localized Family Farms network and servicing our communities with high quality nutritional food.

Our immediate goal is our first Family Farms site, which would include a farmhouse for the property manager, (1) greenhouse used for growing and testing different produce, herbs and spices. And a (1) 2,500-sqft building used for storage and processing. The plan is to have the development of the property completed by end of Feb of 2021. So we can take delivery on 3000 Moringa Trees. Then have them planted by march 30th 2021 beginning of growing season.  For Fiscal Year 2021 -2022 this facility would initially focus on moringa tree yield shifting in 2023 to include produce.

We chose the moringa tree for a few reasons 1. It's the healthiest tree for food on the planet. 2. There is a demand and America has limited growers so we benefit by supplying the US Market. 3. The range of products made from this tree will allow us to offer our own Moringa products called New Leaf that will include powders, teas, healthy snacks and beverages, cosmetics and more.

By the completion in 2025 of our first Family Farms Site we should have (3) Greenhouses for scale up capacity on produce herbs and spices, (1) Chicken coop for chicken farming, (2) Above ground pools for fish farming.

Today's farming is nothing like what we imagine, because technology can make farming easy.
